  • No, I provide custom plans and remote support to runners throughout the United States.

  • No less than 4 days/week and as many as 6 days/week depending on multiple individual factors.

  • Weight loss is heavily dependent on nutrition. I  provide DIY nutrition programs for my clients. At higher tiers of service, I provide feedback and accountability.

  • This is a personal choice. Your program is customized, so I can incorporate running during travel or around travel if you come into training with enough time to incorporate it all.

  • Run training and resistance training are delivered on the V.o2 and Trainerize apps, respectively. 

  • All programs allow for unlimited email support within a 24-hour period of time during office hours. Varying levels of  video and text feedback within the apps and monthly Zoom calls are provided based on your desired tier of service. Book a discovery call to determine which tier best meets your needs and budget.

  • Given my demographic of runners, I do not heart rate train my runners. I am heart rate aware and know there are many factors that affect HR. I will pay attention to the trends of your individual  heart rate and will advise throughout your training.

  • I work within my scope of practice and refer to licensed health and movement professionals. If my client has aches and pains not indicative of more serious running injuries, I can screen their movement and provide corrective exercises and run training modifications. 

  • Your success is multifactorial. My goal is always to support and move you towards your goals. As an integrous coach, I cannot make promises, other than your overall health will be my priority. 

  • I encourage my running clients to incorporate strength training, understanding there is a point of diminishing returns to too much accumulative exercise. I design quick, effective add on resistance programs to any tier of run training service. 

  • My preference is 5-months to allow me to provide appropriate rest/recovery and to learn the body of the runner. Minimum recommended training time is 3-months for a half marathon and 4-months for a full marathon.

  • Unlike other 1:1 run training programs, you are not bound by a contract. Your training program is at will and can be terminated at any time by client or coach. 

  • Too many variables out of the control of any coach to provide any guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the program, you may request a refund for your first month, within the first 7-days.
