Hi, I’m Coach Gina…

and I’m obsessed with helping women navigate midlife and beyond with confidence and strength!

I started focusing on this area a few years ago after noticing how many of my fitness clients and patients were struggling through the perimenopause and menopause transition. I quickly realized there was a lack of clear, digestible information out there. My friends and family started asking me how I was managing it all, and I began teaching! Soon, I had a few clients that I was helping with understanding their symptoms and making lifestyle changes, but I knew so many more women could benefit from this knowledge.

I created this course because I want to empower women to thrive during menopause and believe everyone can feel strong, informed, and in control with the right guidance and support.

Gina Mauricio, M.S. earned a B.S. in dental hygiene in 1998 and a M.S. in kinesiology in 2015. Additionally, she is a NASM certified personal trainer, Girls Gone Strong (GGS) certified coach, McMillan certified run coach and Precision Nutrition certified coach (PNL1).
